What to include

Where to find the log file and your saves

  1. Press Win + R.
  2. Paste %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Tidy Area Games\Oops! All Toys and press Enter.
  3. Player.log is the log of the last session (Player-prev.log is the one before). Your saves are the toyshop_save files in the same folder. Copy the whole folder to back up your progress.

Common questions

How does saving work?

You have three save slots (Save in the pause menu), plus an autosave slot that the game fills every 50 toys you put away and when you finish the shop. Continue on the title screen lists all your saves, the autosave included.

Can I change the controls?

Yes. Press F1 (or Controls in the menu), click a key and press the new one. Esc can't be changed, and the arrow keys always walk too.

The game runs slowly or stutters.

In Settings → Screen, turn on Vertical sync or choose a Frame limit, and try a lower Resolution. Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date and close other heavy programs. The very first launch can stutter for a few seconds while the game gets ready; that goes away.

Things look wrong: missing, flickering or broken graphics.

In Steam, right-click the game → Properties → General → Launch Options, type -nogrd and start the game again. This turns off an optimisation that some graphics drivers don't handle well. If it helps, please tell us your graphics card.

The game doesn't start.

Only one copy of the game can run at a time, so check that it isn't already open (look in the taskbar or Task Manager). Update your graphics drivers and try again. If it still doesn't start, email us your Player.log.

Is there controller or Steam Deck support?

Not at launch. It's planned for an update after release.

Which languages are available?

English and Turkish (Settings → Language). More languages may come in later updates.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are handled by Steam under the Steam Refund Policy.

Does the game send my data anywhere?

Only when you send a bug report. See our Privacy Policy.
